Introduction
To log in to the Pilot Voice Portal, you’ll need your extension number and your Pilot Voice domain—these make up your username (ex. 105@company).
If you don’t know either of these, follow these steps to recover your information.
How to locate your login name
Step 1: Click the Forgot Login Name link on the main screen.
Step 2: When prompted, enter the email address associated with your Pilot Voice Portal account and hit Send.
Step 3: Check your inbox for an email from Pilot. It will contain your Pilot Voice Portal username.
Didn’t receive the email? The email address you entered may not the address associated with your account.
Contact your organization’s Pilot Voice admin or reach out to Pilot support to get things sorted out.
