In order to log in to the Pilot Voice mobile app, you’ll need to know your extension number and your Pilot Voice domain—these make up your username. If you don’t know one or both of these, you can request that info from the login screen on the app.
How to Locate Your Username from the Pilot Voice App
Step 1: Click the Forgot Login link on the main screen.
Step 2: When prompted, enter the email address associated with your Pilot Voice account and hit Send.
Step 3: Check your inbox for an email from us. It’ll contain your Pilot Voice username.
Didn’t receive an email? It’s possible that the email address you entered is not the one associated with your account. Contact your organization’s Pilot Voice admin or reach out to Pilot support if you need further assistance.
