Access call recordings in Pilot Voice

    Follow these steps to find, listen to, or download recorded calls from within the Pilot Voice portal.

    Introduction 

    Training, quality assurance, tracking volume, upping productivity—there are a handful of reasons to access recorded calls. Pilot’s web-bsaed softphone makes it easy to locate and search through recordings, with a download feature to boot! 

    How to Access Call Recordings

    Step 1: Log in to the Pilot Voice Portal. Your Login Name will be in the format of extension@domain. Then select Call History from the navigation menu.

    Step 2: Click Filter to search for a specific call. You can sort by Date, User, Call Type, Caller Number, or Dialed Number. When you’ve added the criteria, click Set Filters.

    Step 3: From the list of calls matching your filters, click Listen to hear any of the recordings. To save the recording to your computer as a WAV file, click the Download icon.


    Now, you’re all set to comb through recordings or save and share specific calls.
